Partial Refunds
  1. Milestone-Based Projects: For projects divided into milestones, refunds may be issued for incomplete milestones. Completed milestones are non-refundable.
  2. Ongoing Services: For ongoing monthly services, partial refunds may be issued for the unused portion of the service period, less any work already completed.
